How Our Network Works for Homeowners
Who will I actually talk to?
A representative of an independent provider in the network. Movedloan Pest Control makes the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
That is why this page has no staff photos or bios. The people who answer, visit and do the work belong to the providers, not to us.
What happens on the first call?
Expect a friendly chat and a few simple questions. Keep it relaxed. You are just describing what you see.
- What have you noticed, and where?
- When did it start?
- How old is the house, and has it had repairs?
- Are there pets or children at home?
Some providers can respond quickly, and others book out further. Request a callback to check provider availability.
What should I ask a provider?
Good questions make good decisions. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- What do you think is causing this, and why?
- What will the treatment or removal involve?
- Are the products safe around pets and kids?
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
- Is a follow-up visit part of the plan?
For older homes, add one more: how will you check areas that may have hidden damage or old repairs?
Am I in control?
Yes. You choose whether to book, whether to wait, and whether to talk to a second provider. A quote is a quote, not a contract. If something does not feel right, say so and move on.
Typical costs vary a lot by pest, home size and how long the problem has been there. Always get the price in writing before work starts.
Why talk to someone early?
Small signs matter. A quick conversation now can tell you whether you have a simple fix or something worth a closer look. Most people feel better after asking.
Ready to talk to a provider?
Describe what you are seeing. You do not need the right pest name or a perfect story.
Or send a request and let a provider reach out to you.
